Fokke Augustine, a forensic psychiatrist with a burnout, is at a crossroads in his life. When he inherits his father's farm, he moves with his wife and children to the Groningen countryside. The farm appears to be a cover for a criminal organization. In this season Fokke and his family are confronted with new unexpected competition and a hostile takeover of their empire.
