The 2nd season of the series NIEUWE BUREN (THE NEIGHBORS) can be watched on RTL4 every Monday at 9.30, starting February 20th. When Eva (Bracha van Doesburg), after waking up from her coma, returns home with amnesia she gets to know her new neighbors. Eva soon discovers a secret they carry which she uses to make her long-desired wish to have children become a reality.

When Simon (Benja Bruining) witnesses a suicide, his traumatic past with his school friend Ralph unravels and we discover the gruesome secret he has been keeping from everyone including his wife (Sanne Langelaar).

NTR KORT film GAMECHANGER written by Daan Gielis and directed by Christian van Duuren is selected for the SXSW Short Film competition as announced by producer Joram Willink of BIND. On his way to another tour of duty abroad, thirty-year-old Max gets caught up in a game with the young boys next door. Max gradually loses sight of reality, and the boys lose their innocence.

Marco Vermaas attended the première of NOVEMBER (REHEPAPP) by Rainer Sarnet in Tallinn, Estonia. A film based on Andrus Kivirähk’s novel Rehepapp in which werewolves, the plague and spirits move through a pagan village. In order to make it through the harsh winter, stealing has become a way of life for the residents, but the greedy pragmatism of this has lodged a numbness deep inside them.

Studio Vermaas is providing AD (Audio Description) for the feature STORM: 'Letters van Vuur' directed by Dennis Bots with Davy Gomez, Juna de Leeuw, Yorick van Wageningen, Maarten Heijmans en Peter van den Begin. The movie will be released in theaters from January 19th. AD can be heard through the app Earcatch.

Director Steven Wouterlood received an award for Best Short Film by a jury of 120 children for his film KING'S DAY at the Ajyal Youth Film Festival in Doha, Qatar this morning.
