The 2nd season of the RTL4 series Nieuwe Buren will be broadcast after the summer. Peter and Eva's (Daan Schuurmans and Bracha van Doesburgh) neighbors have been replaced with new neighbors played by Fedja van Huêt and Karina Smulders. The series is a creation by Dutch crime-writer and freelance journalist Saskia Noort.

We are thrilled to start audio-post work on this film that is based on the graphic novel by Aimee de Jongh, directed by Stanley Kolk and produced by Family Affair Films.

Estonian director Rainer Sarnet is in Amsterdam for the mix of his feature NOVEMBER at Studio Vermaas. The film is based on the Estonian best-selling novel “Rehepapp” by Andrus Kivirähk.

The feature OF IK GEK BEN by Frank Lammers had its world premiere in the Klok building in Eindhoven. It was a crazy evening for a crazy movie. We wish the film a good life and broad audience!

For the feature RIPHAGEN we produced an Audio Description soundtrack. Audio Description makes films and series accessible to the blind and visually impaired by adding a voice-over that describes pictures and actions.

The feature RIPHAGEN, starring Jeroen van Koningsbrugge, has been added to the Netflix deal that sales agent Dutch Features Global Entertainment announced last week. Dutch Features has sold the worldwide rights for the film, with exception of the Benelux, to the streaming platform.

We are starting sound design on the feature NOVEMBER by Estonian director Rainer Sarnet. “The film is set in a pagan Estonian village where werewolves, the plague, and spirits roam. The villagers’ main problem is how to survive the cold, dark winter. And, to that aim, nothing is taboo.” The film is based on the Estonian best-selling novel “Rehepapp” by Andrus Kivirähk.

The film RABARBER by Mark de Cloe won an Emmy Award in the category ‘tv-film/mini-serie’. Congratulations to director Mark de Cloe, producer NL FIlm and all other crew and cast who worked on this film.

Studio B is now rebuilt from the ground up. It’s just finished and its 5.1 surround sounds great!”
