Drama series THE SPECTACULAR by Willem Bosch has arrived at Studio Vermaas. The 4 x 50 minutes thriller is inspired by a true but untold story. From 1988 to 1990 the borderland of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is plagued by a series of bloody attacks in the name of the IRA. A taskforce could streamline the collaboration between the different countries in order to finally end the violence. With Hadewych Minis, Aoibhínn McGinnity, Ian Beattie and Jacob Derwig. The series is produced by Pupkin and VPRO and can be seen on NPO3 by fall 2021.

TV series DIT ZIJN WIJ (THIS IS US) by Mark De Cloe and Simone van Dusseldorp will be broadcast again starting today. You can watch it on NPO3 every Monday through Thursday at 00.25 A.M.

ALLES OP TAFEL by Will Koopman has started audio-post. Seven long-time friends get together for a dinner. When they decide to share with each other the content of every text message, email, Facebook message and phone call they receive, many secrets start to unveil and the equilibrium trembles. The film is a remake of the Italian Perfetti Sconosciuti (Perfect Strangers).

Marco Vermaas together with director Christian Tafdrup and composer Sune Køter Kølster are finishing the final mix of feature film SPEAK NO EVIL at Posta Amsterdam.
This Danish psychological horror will have its theatrical release around November 2021.

THE COLUMNIST (DE KUTHOER) by Ivo van Aart and with Katja Herbers is bought by distributor Vertigo Releasing and can be seen in theaters around Great Britain and Ireland from half March 2021.

Film Movement has acquired both THE COLUMNIST (DE KUTHOER) and TAILGATE (BUMPERKLEEF). Both genre films will receive theatrical release in 2021, along with debuts on all home entertainment and digital platforms.

TV series KABAM! by Elisabeth Hesemans has arrived at Studio Vermaas. The series is about 6 to 7 year old kids. They all are different, but they have one thing in common: sometimes, they’re afraid. Luckily, every child has a rich fantasy, which helps them to overcome their fears. KABAM! Is produced by IJswater Films and will be broadcast by KRO-NCRV.
