KAPSALON ROMY (ROMY’S SALON) had its Dutch premiere at the NFF in Utrecht today. Already during the credit roll it got a standing ovation. The applause continued when director Mischa Kamp, writer Tamara Bos, actors Vita Heijmen, Beppie Melissen and Noortje Herlaar climbed the stage. Also the daily tv show Jeugdjournaal (Youth News) payed attention to KAPSALON ROMY (ROMY’S SALON) by talking to 11 year-old lead actress Vita about grandmothers with dementia. The film can be seen in Dutch cinemas from October 2nd.

Telefilm HEMELRIJKEN by Stanley Kolk is in Sound Design. HEMELRIJKEN is the name of the neighborhood in the city of Eindhoven, where Kelly (Jennifer Welts) returns after a jail sentence. Her past is chasing her and her sister Samantha (Esmee van Kampen) tries to help her with all her might. But can family really help each other? Telefilm HEMELRIJKEN produced by Family Affair Films will be broadcast by EO, early 2020.

The premiere of BUMPERKLEEF (TAILGATE) will be at the Nederlands Film Festival (NFF) Monday 30 September. On the red carpet we can expect director Lodewijk Crijns and actors Jeroen Spitzenberger, Anniek Pheifer, Willem de Wolf, Roosmarijn van der Hoek and Liz Vergeer. The same evening the film wil open for public at Kinepolis Jaarbeurs Utrecht.

Linda Mol as APRIL, Elise Schaap as MAY and Tjitske Reidinga as JUNE play 3 sisters from different fathers who, at the death bed of their mother have to answer questions like "Where are we in life? How do we still relate to each other?" And especially: "What to do with our autistic brother Jan?" Patrick Duffy will make a guest appearance.
