Minco Eggersman wins Best Original Score Golden Calf Award 2023 for THE MAN FROM ROME (DE MAN UIT ROME). Congratulations to Minco!

DOJO by Paval Conen will have its international premiere at the Zürich Film Festival. The TeleFilm will be screened at ZFF for kids, Saturday October 7th.

Next to the GOLDEN CALF nomination Best Sound Design, THE MAN FROM ROME (DE MAN UIT ROME) also received nominations for Best Original Score, Best Film Editing and Best Production Design. TOEN IK JE ZAG has a nomination for Best Original Score. PIECE OF MY HEART is nominated for Best Production Design and Best Costume Design. And LOST TRANSPORT got nominations for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor. Congratulations to everybody! The Award Ceremony will be held at the NFF Golden Calf Gala in Utrecht 29 September. THE MAN FROM ROME by Jaap van Heusden is selected for the main competition at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. At PÖFF it will have its international premiere on November 10.

We’re proud to have 5 films with our Sound Design selected for NFF Golden Calf competition. THE MAN FROM ROME by Jaap van Heusden, LOST TRANSPORT by Saskia Diesing, PIECE OF MY HEART by Dana Nechushtan, DOJO by Boris Pavel Conen and TOEN IK JE ZAG by Ben Verbong. The nominations will be announced Sunday September 24th. Fingers crossed for all five films. The prizes are awarded during the Golden Calves Gala, on 29 September 2023.

We’re proud to have done Sound Design and Mix for the full length documentary by Willy Lindwer, VERDWENEN STAD (LOST CITY). It tells the unknown story of the Amsterdam city tram that collaborated with the Nazis and deported tens of thousands of Jews to the train stations on their way to the death camps. We experience their last tram ride.

PIECE OF MY HEART by Dana Nechushtan wins Bernhard Wicki Award at Emden Filmfest 2023. This prize goes to the feature film with the highest audience rating in the competition. Congratulations!
